Family Counseling
If your family is facing a difficult time, family counseling may be able to help. Families are constantly facing challenges in all aspect of life.
Counseling is performed in a safe environment to explore the issues and the skills to ease conflict, help resolve underlining tension, and acknowledge and validate everyone’s struggles. If you think your family is in trouble, do not wait and seek professional help.
Adolescent Counseling

Adolescence is a time when young adults begin to strive for autonomy and form their own unique identity which defines who they are. Adolescents are discovering themselves for the first time and struggle with how to communicate needs effectively, how to resolve conflict in a peaceful way and how to make beneficial choices. Counseling allows adolescence to explore and work through the issues inhibiting them from living live to the fullest.
Child Counseling
Children experience occasional problems as they grow and mature and they are faced with new situations, demands and expectations. It is common for children to experience emotional ups and downs characterized by feelings of sadness, fear and anger. In counseling, parental involvement is a crucial component of the child's treatment. Counseling also provides the opportunity to address parental concerns, educate parents regarding their child's unique needs, and assist them in meeting these needs in an appropriate, effective manner. Play Therapy gives children the opportunity to identify, discuss and understand problems and to develop the necessary coping skills.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling helps couples understand and resolve conflict in order to improve their relationship. It gives couples the tools to communicate better, negotiate differences, problem solve and even argue in a healthier way. Relationships aren't perfect because each person brings his or her own ideas, values and opinions into the relationship. Couple counseling can help you rebuild and better understand your relationship. In couples counseling the therapist functions as a third party that encourages understanding, positive communication, and support. Couples who are experiencing difficulties such as feelings of distance or emptiness in the relationship, feelings of anger and/or recurring arguments, resentment towards partner, and/or lack of interest in affection or in a physical relationship with one another must seek out the help of a professional. Couples Counseling better address the needs of the couple in order to save the relationship.
